I offer programs for Weight Loss, Toning/Firming, Strength/Mass, and Strength/Endurance for Running. I also teach boot camp style classes. No matter what type of program you are looking for, yours will be custom designed based on your goals, current activity level, likes and dislikes, time available, equipment available, and of course any medical concerns. |

Not only will I give you a great workout and all the information you need to help you reach your goals, I will also do my best to motivate you, inspire you, provide accountability, and help you set realistic goals. My dad says “Always play sports with people who are better than you, because this will make you better!” This is why it is so beneficial to have a trainer. Most of us (me too) are either afraid or too lazy to realize our full potential. It takes someone to push you out of your comfort zone to achieve great results. Whether you want to get stronger or loose weight or gain endurance; a well rounded program, a push, a cheerleader, some accountability, knowledge and the confidence that you are safe in your journey, will ensure you reach your goals. If you are dedicated to reaching your goals then make sure your efforts are in the right direction, by hiring a professional. |

About me: For as long as I can remember I have been active whether it was team sports or fun with friends and family. Then came high school, and in order to stay active you had to be good, and then you had to make the team. I was not good, and never made any of the teams. This turned me away from sports and straight into cigarettes, alcohol, and whatever else my friends were doing. Even the general destruction of body couldn’t stop me from staying fit. I would do crunches, and squats and dance in my room. I smoked for 10 years and thank god, my boyfriend and I finally decided to quit and together we were successful. I’d always wanted to run, but since my lungs were like charcoal, I couldn’t make it for longer than about 3-5 minutes without stopping. So after 5 months without a cigarette I decided to sign up for a marathon (almost everyone I told thought I was nuts). For my training I did hours of research. I couldn’t get enough information. Then I started thinking….. “I would love to help other people realize what their bodies are capable of.” I had always wanted to be a personal trainer but knew that I wouldn’t be able to do it as a smoker. So now that I was smoke free, there was nothing to hold me back. While still in training for the marathon I began to studying. I finished the marathon in 4 hours and 17 minutes and a few months later earned my ACSM Certification. I am looking forward to helping you realize your full potential! |
