What is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp Challenge is an all inclusive program for any fitness level with everything you need to lose weight, and stay motivated.  Bands, body weight, medicine balls, and a variety of other surprising items such as recycled tires are used to tone and firm.  To keep you in the fat blasting cardio zone there are relay races, fun endurance challenges and many other creative activities.  Every Boot Camper receives a free consultation to set goals, determine nutritional needs and record body composition.
